Adaptive Re-Use

E+E transformed a historic home built in 1910 into the relocated flagship restaurant of restaurateur Hugh Acheson. The interior of the structure was re-worked to provide flow through the bar / dining spaces. A historically sensitive design was created to allow for an addition to house the kitchen and pastry space worthy of the food.
